The opportunity to visit and stay at the Parador in Santiago de Compostela, also known as the Hostal Dos Reis Catolicos, is a truly special and memorable experience. One that you will enjoy and inspires a desire to return again and again. We have been fortunate to experience the Parador many times and on this visit we captured some special pictures of some of their culinary delights in the restaurant Dos Reis created by Chef Jose Gomez Moreno. We will return again to experience more of their great gastronomy and remarkable atmosphere. Next time we will feature one of their unique recipes so you can imagine and savor some of Galicia! We had the opportunity to combine Food & Fashion on one of our visits and it was a very special experience and opportunity to share with our friend Marisa Granda in Galician Fashion Week, supporting the Spanish Association Against Cancer, where her beautiful and talented daughter Vero had one of her creative fashion designs featured at the closing Fashion Show Event. Congratulations Vero – your creative designs are inspiring! It was another wonderful visit in Santiago de Compostela. Always something new to experience and enjoy!
